An important part of the mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our clients as possible by offering several payment options. Price Creek Animal Hospital requires PAYMENT IN FULL at the end of your pet's examination and/or at the time of the discharge.

For some treatments, emergencies, or hospitalized care, a deposit may be required. For healthcare plans requiring comprehensive care of more than 200.00, we will require a deposit of $150-250.00 to begin your pet's treatment.
Additional Policy Information:
For clients with pet insurance, we are happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to submit a claim to your insurance carrier.
Under Georgia Law 44-14-490, we have the right to retain custody of the pet until all charges are paid.
Price Creek Animal Hospital charges $25 for returned checks.
A finance charge for 1.5% (minimum of 4.50 per month) will be applied to all outstanding balances. Unpaid accounts will be prosecuted in court. The client will be responsible for any unpaid balances on account, any court/lawyer fees accrued by Price Creek Animal Hospital, and wages lost by Doctor and staff due to having to appear in court.
